benefit package for its full and part-time employees. Full-time is defined
as 32 hours or more per week; part-time is 24 hours or more per week.

Flexible Savings Account |
Employees may set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for certain out-of-pocket
medical care and dependent care expenses. The Health Care account has a $2,500
calendar year maximum, and the Dependent Care account has a $5,000 calendar year
maximum.

Pioneers Medical Center offers
credit union membership through Great American Credit Union.

Wellness
Center: There is an on-site Wellness Center for cardiovascular,
strength and/or endurance training. Employees and their families are eligible
for discounted memberships.
Scholarship
Program: Pioneers Medical Center recognizes the value of continuing
education and encourages employees to take advantage of appropriate educational
opportunities. PMC provides a educational assistance through its scholarship
program annually.
Paid Leave
(PL): All employees earn Paid Leave at no less than 10% of regular
hours. For example, if 80 regular hours are worked for a pay period, the
individual will accrue 8 hours of Paid Leave. The longer one works with
the hospital, the more Paid Leave accrued...up to 16%. Paid Leave is used
for family and medical leave, sickness, injury, vacation, holidays, funerals,
or personal time off. While accruals begin immediately with employment,
there is a 3 month waiting period, to begin using Paid Leave.
